Buckwheat granola, healthy by nature

This recipe is a concentrate of healthy food, energetictasty and suitable for all types of sport and nutrition (including raw). It can be offered in many variations, here the basic one, simple and affordable for everyone.

150 g buckwheat
60 g of coconut
60 g sesame
30 g sunflower seeds
50 g almonds
150 g dried fruit (sultanas, apple, pear, banana...)
vanilla, cinnamon, sea salt a pinch
100 ml agave or date paste

Soak the buckwheat overnight. Chop the almonds coarsely and then mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture by spoonfuls onto the dryer griddle, to make a perfect mixture to munch on or eat with milk and yoghurt, or roll out a layer to cut into rectangles from which you can make bars once dried.
