Delivery

Orders are handled by our offices within 48 working hours after the order is correctly finalised in our online shop.

Shipment is normally made within the next working day after finalisation of the order.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, this period shall be counted from the time the amount is credited. Therefore, the sending of documentation with the details of the bank transfer shall not be valid.

From the moment of dispatch, the courier has 24/48 hours for effective delivery.

It is recommended that the destination address indicated be attended to in order to avoid storage costs.

Shipping to Italy

For amounts LESS than €49 paid by bank transfer, pay pal, credit card or other electronic means:

Postage contribution = 7 euro

For amounts LESS than € 49 paid by cash on delivery:

Contribution postage = 7 euros + Contribution cash on delivery service = 6 euros

For amounts OVER € 49 paid by bank transfer, pay pal, credit card or other electronic means:

Postage contribution = 0 euro

For amounts OVER € 49 paid by cash on delivery:

Postage contribution = 0 euro + Cash on delivery service contribution = 6 euro

Shipments outside Italy

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) AREA A: Austria, Benelux, France, Germany

EUROPEAN UNION (EU) AREA B: All states not specified.

EU Area A = € 15

EU Area B = € 30

For amounts OVER € 250

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days upon receipt of the goods.

1. How to notify us of withdrawal

To make the procedure easier and faster, you can notify us of your decision via one of the following channels:

PEC: at tauroessiccatorisrl@pec.it.
Registered mail: to be sent to Tauro Essiccatori Srl - Via del Lavoro 6 - 36043 Camisano Vicentino (VI).

What to indicate in the request: Please specify the order number and your bank details (IBAN and account holder) to enable us to issue the reimbursement transfer.

Return Shipment (Costs and Liability)

As required by law, the direct costs of returning products are at borne by the customer.

Choice of courier: You can choose your preferred courier or postal service. We advise you to use a traceable shipping method, as the responsibility for the integrity of the goods during transport remains with the sender until receipt at our warehouse.

Three key points to remember (for you):

Once the communication has been made, you will have further 14 days to return the product to us. To ensure acceptance of the return, please ensure that:

The product both intact and complete of all its parts (accessories, manuals, cables, etc.).
Be placed in its original packaging, carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.
A copy of the tax receipt or invoice of purchase.

Note: Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Timing and modalities of reimbursement

After receiving the product and verifying its integrity, Tauro Essiccatori will proceed with the refund as follows:

What is reimbursed: The full amount paid, including the price of the product and the standard shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
Timing: Reimbursement will be made within 14 days upon receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
Processing: Our team usually takes up to 5 working days for quality control and initiation of the re-credit file.
