In collaboration with the Fabrica del Gusto, an avant-garde cooking school based in Fabriano, in the Marche region of Italy, the company offers three not-to-be-missed appointments dedicated to as many fundamental aspects of drying.
At the first meeting, scheduled for Saturday 14 May at 10 a.m. we will tell you all about thebasic drying in its myriad aspectsHow it works, why it is good for you, how useful it can be in everyday cooking, not forgetting tricks, little secrets and big mistakes to avoid.
Appointment on 17 September with gourmand drying and chef Martino Beria.
Martino will take us into a world of unexpected flavours, colours and textures, turning drying into a true haute cuisine process.
