Ingredients
10 very ripe persimmons
dried fruit to taste
baking paper
Procedure
Clean the persimmons by removing the large seeds inside and create a mush as smooth as possible (by blending or mashing them). Add some chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc.) and spread the mixture onto the lined trays of the dehydrator, ensuring it is no thicker than 5–6 mm.
Programme
P2 until completely dry
Cut the persimmon and dried fruit mixture into rectangular bars and wrap them in aluminium foil or plastic wrap.
