Buckwheat granola, healthy by nature

This recipe is a concentrate of healthy foods, energy, tasty and suitable for all types of sport and nutrition (including raw food). It can be prepared in many different ways; here is the basic recipe, which is simple and accessible to everyone.

Ingredients

150 g buckwheat
60 g coconut
60 g sesame seeds
30 g sunflower seeds
50 g almonds
150 g dried fruit (raisins, apple, pear, banana, etc.)
vanilla, cinnamon, a pinch of sea salt
100 ml agave syrup or date paste

Procedure

Soak the buckwheat overnight. Coarsely chop the almonds and then mix all the ingredients together. Spoon the mixture onto the dehydrator tray to make a perfect snack to munch on or eat with milk and yoghurt, or spread it out in a layer and cut it into rectangles, which can then be cut into bars once dried.

Programme

P1 and dry for at least 12 hours.
