Prices quoted always include VAT and, unless otherwise specified, are exclusive of transport costs.
Communications
The customer undertakes upon registration to use an existing and functioning e-mail address. It is to this address that we shall send confirmation of the order placed and other communications concerning the order. The customer is requested to notify us of any changes or problems with the e-mail address. If, for example, you do not receive an e-mail confirmation after placing your order, there may have been a typing error in the e-mail address or communication problems between the e-mail servers. Just contact us and we will find a solution.
Warranty
All Tauro products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The guarantee is only valid if the product is accompanied by the sales document (receipt or invoice).
As required by law, the guarantee covers all failures due to manufacturing defects.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are indicated on the final order verification page before final confirmation.

Orders are handled by our offices within 48 working hours after the order is correctly finalised in our online shop.
Right of withdrawal
As per current legislation, it is possible to make use of the right of withdrawal if the following conditions are met.
You must notify us of your wish to avail yourself of this right within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, preferably by registered letter with advice of receipt to the following address:

The letter of request must indicate the details of a bank or postal account into which the amount due will be credited.
Furthermore, within the same deadline, the product purchased and no longer wanted must be returned to us. It must be intact and complete in all its parts, including accessories, manuals and other material in the package, packed carefully so as not to be damaged during shipment. Please also enclose a copy of the tax receipt or purchase invoice. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods have been received and their integrity checked, the price of the goods will be refunded to the current account indicated in the letter in which you asked to make use of the right of withdrawal.
The refund concerns the price of the products net of shipping costs and will be made within 30 days from when the goods are returned to us.

Acceptance of sales conditions
Pursuant to Article 1326 of the Civil Code, the purchase contract is deemed finalised and these terms and conditions of sale are deemed accepted from the moment the customer clicks the confirmation button on the verification screen at the end of the online purchase procedure.
