First Use

GETTING STARTED

Carry out a thorough washing of tunnels and baskets before the first use of BIOSEC.

Under no circumstances should the protection of electrical parts in the motor unit be removed.

Do not use water directly on the appliance or in its immediate vicinity.

Do not immerse the fan heater unit in water.

Disconnect the power cable from the power socket for any operation.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

BIOSEC does not require any special care: for cleaning, however, it is recommended not to use abrasive cloths or tools that might impair its appearance, nor solvents on plastic parts.

The use of a slightly damp cloth with water and/or neutral detergent is recommended.

The baskets can be washed with even very hot water and detergent, either by hand or in a dishwasher.

The plastic ones should be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher to prevent the heat from deforming them.

Avoid hot air drying for plastic baskets.

Closing doors and tunnels, on the other hand, should be washed by hand.

Periodically check that the intake and outlet grille are free of any obstructions, lint or lint, which may impair normal air circulation.
