Warranty

BIOSEC dryers are guaranteed 24 months from the date of purchase for private use, 12 months for professional use.

THE GUARANTEE WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED VALID IF THERE IS A FISCAL DOCUMENT OF PURCHASE: KEEP THE RECEIPT OR INVOICE.

The guarantee does not cover failures caused by tampering, improper or incorrect use, nor does it cover breakages caused by shocks or dropping the equipment.

The guarantee also expires in any case of tampering by the customer: only the manufacturer is authorised to open or dismantle BIOSEC components in order to carry out checks, repairs and replacement of any damaged components.
