The first 'People Who Dry' recipe book!

The surprises never end! La Community of the 'Drying People' continues to prove to be a hotbed of ideas, experiments and precious recipes.

We couldn't let them get away like that: we slowly started collecting them and we realised that they are really many and of great quality. This gave rise to the idea of bringing them all together in a book of new drying recipeswhose protagonists (almost authors) will be the members of our community.

Starters, main courses, side dishes, flours, powders, desserts, chips, doughs... there's something for everyone. So if you haven't published your best recipe yet, you can do so now: we are still collecting them and the more they are the richer the new cookbook.
