Raw stuffed mushrooms with dryer

If you wish eat raw your freshly picked mushrooms, we have found the perfect recipe for you. The ingredients should already be in your fridge (or in your garden!), so if you have just returned from the woods with a good haul of mushrooms, you can get started right away!

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

10 mushrooms
2 sticks of celery, chopped
1 grated carrot
1 chopped onion
1 grated courgette
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons agave syrup
2 cloves of garlic
basil
halls
pepper
balsamic vinegar

Procedure

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalk, which will come choppede mixedwith onion, carrot, celery and courgette. Season this mixture with oil, agave, garlic, basil, salt, pepper and a dash of balsamic vinegar and leave to marinate. Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture.

Programme

Put them on in the dryer for 3 hourswith P3 programme(suitable for raw foodists because it ensures that the food inside the dryer never reaches 40°).
