Right to withdraw

As per the legislation in force, the customer can exercise the right to withdraw provided that the conditions specified below are met.

We must be informed of your intention to exercise this right within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, possibly by registered letter with return receipt to the address: Tauro Essiccatori Srl - via del lavoro 6 - 36043 Camisano Vicentino

In the letter you must specify the details of a bank or post office account to which we can credit back the amount due.

Furthermore, within the same term, the purchased product that you do not want to keep must be returned to us. The returned product must be intact and complete with all its parts, including accessories, manuals and any other material included in the package, carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping. Please also attach a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice. The transport costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. Once the goods have been received and found to be intact, the price of the goods shall be reimbursed to the current account specified in the letter requesting to exercise the right to withdraw.

The refund shall be made for the price of the products, net of shipping costs, within 30 days from the moment the goods have been returned to us.
