The system designed allows you to invest with theair, at likewise and in the same momentall the material placed inside.
Fruit and vegetables to be dried can be arranged in such a way as to exploit at most theshelf areawithout creating any airflow restrictions
The baskets can hosting food different from each other without aromas and fragrances mixing, eliminating the annoying need to check and swap shelves during the process.
Finally, the possibility of drying soft or semi-liquid foods (purees, jams, meringues) placing them on sheets of food paper which, in a vertical flow dryer, would make the passage of air completely impossible.
