Le chef Martino Beria nous livre cette recette tr\u00e8s polyvalente et tr\u00e8s simple !<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g de chou fris\u00e9 (violet ou vert)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour la vinaigrette :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>120 g de noix de cajou non grill\u00e9es et non sal\u00e9es<br \/>\n120 g d'eau<br \/>\nle jus d'un citron<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin en poudre<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de levure chimique<br \/>\nune r\u00e2p\u00e9e d'ail granul\u00e9<br \/>\n1\u20442 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre noir en poudre<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel fin int\u00e9gral<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lavage et nettoyage<\/strong> D\u00e9chiqueter soigneusement le chou fris\u00e9, en enlevant les tiges des feuilles et en divisant les feuilles en morceaux d'environ 4 cm. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette dans le verre d'un mixeur et les m\u00e9langer.\u00a0 <strong>les m\u00e9langer<\/strong> jusqu'\u00e0 l'obtention d'une cr\u00e8me savoureuse et pas trop \u00e9paisse. Dans une boule <strong>remuer<\/strong>\u00a0le chou fris\u00e9 avec la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et le transf\u00e9rer sur les plaques de s\u00e9chage recouvertes d'une feuille d'aluminium antiadh\u00e9sive.\u00a0<strong>R\u00e9gler le s\u00e9choir<\/strong> \u00e0 T4 et le laisser agir pendant <strong>12 heures<\/strong>, Transf\u00e9rez ensuite vos chips dans un
