Indeed <strong>a mushroom dried according to a careful and respectful process<\/strong> the time required for drying is generally one <strong>yellowish colour<\/strong>. When you find mushrooms <strong>too white<\/strong> means that they were processed at <strong>very high temperatures<\/strong> which tend to alter its organoleptic and nutritional properties. The <strong>Biosec<\/strong> has a <strong>programme<\/strong> automatic <strong>specific<\/strong> to dry mushrooms (<strong>P2 Mushrooms and thin slices<\/strong>) that reaches a maximum temperature of 45 degrees in an 18-hour cycle.
