Chef Martino Beria gives us this truly versatile and super simple recipe!<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500 g curly kale (purple or green)<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>120 g cashew nuts, unroasted, unsalted<br \/>\n120 g water<br \/>\nthe juice of 1 lemon<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes<br \/>\na pinch of granulated garlic<br \/>\n1\u20442 teaspoon ground black pepper<br \/>\n1 teaspoon integral fine salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wash and clean<\/strong> Carefully prepare the kale, removing the stalks from the leaves and cutting the leaves into pieces of about 4 cm. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and\u00a0 <strong>blend them<\/strong> until you obtain a tasty cream that is not too thick. In a bowl <strong>stir<\/strong>\u00a0the kale with the freshly prepared cream and transfer it to the dehydrator trays covered with non-stick sheets.\u00a0<strong>Set up the dryer<\/strong> at T4 and
